Terms of service

Last updated .

PLACEHOLDER. A summary written for the site build, not a contract. Replace with terms drafted for your entity and jurisdiction before launch.

The agreement

These terms cover your use of Plio CRM. Whoever signs up accepts them for the organisation. If you are on an Enterprise contract, that contract wins wherever the two disagree.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them. Keep credentials to yourself; a seat is for one named person. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use Plio to send unsolicited bulk mail, to store data you have no right to hold, to break the law, or to attack the service or other tenants. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Your data stays yours

You own the records you put in. We hold a licence to process them only so far as running the service requires. Our software, design and documentation stay ours.

Billing

Plans are charged per user per month in Indian rupees, monthly or annually in advance, exclusive of GST. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Invitations and trials

Access is by invitation while we onboard organisations in batches. An invited organisation may be given a trial period, with all features enabled and no card required; if it ends without a plan being chosen, the account pauses rather than being charged.

Cancellation

Cancel from Settings on any day. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Export what you need before then.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not promise perfection. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We will give notice in-app before these terms change materially. Governing law: India, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
